Kangaroo Flat to play Sandhurst in Vixens curtain raiser

The Bendigo Football Netball League is thrilled to share a historic event for local netball as Kangaroo Flat and Sandhurst take to the court in a curtain-raiser for the Melbourne Vixens in their upcoming pre-season home game against the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic at Red Energy Arena.

Held on Thursday 20 March, the curtain-raiser is a rare and prestigious opportunity for both Kangaroo Flat and Sandhurst, showcasing the skill, passion, and competitiveness that defines the Bendigo Football Netball League.

Fans will have the chance to witness these two powerhouse teams battle it out before settling in to watch the Melbourne Vixens in action.

In what is a replay of the 2024 BFNL A-Grade Netball Preliminary Final, both teams are eagerly preparing for what promises to be an exhilarating contest with fans attending the Melbourne Vixens game encouraged to arrive early to support the Kangaroo Flat and Sandhurst teams as they take centre stage.
