The Bendigo Football Netball League (BFNL) is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Tarryn Rymer as the coach of the BFNL Open representative netball team for 2025.

Tarryn’s leadership and dedication were instrumental to the team in 2024, and her re-appointment reflects the league’s confidence in her ability to continue developing the team’s on-court performance and fostering a culture of excellence.

Joining Tarryn in her coaching duties will be Jayden Cowling and Stephanie Freemantle, who will serve as assistant coaches and form part of the team’s selection panel. Both Jayden and Stephanie bring extensive experience and deep knowledge of the game, ensuring the team’s selection process and preparation are of the highest standard.

BFNL General Manager, Tom King expressed enthusiasm about the appointments, saying: “We are delighted to have Tarryn back at the helm of our Open representative netball team. With the addition of Jayden and Stephanie, we are confident that this coaching panel will guide our Open team to great success in 2025.”

Tarryn shared her excitement about the opportunity: “I’m honored to continue as the coach of the BFNL Open representative team. It’s a privilege to work with such talented athletes and dedicated colleagues like Jayden and Stephanie. Together, we’re committed to achieving outstanding results and representing the BFNL with pride.”

Preparations for the representative season will commence in 2025, with club nominations and training sessions to be announced in the early in the new year.
