Notice of Bendigo FNL Annual General Meeting – Season 2025

Notice is hereby given that the 42^nd Annual General Meeting of the Bendigo Football Netball League Inc. will be held at the Bendigo Club (22 Park St, Strathdale), on Wednesday 14^th January 2026 commencing at 7.30pm.

Business: 

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 41st Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 15^th January 2025.
2. To receive and consider the reports of the BFNL Chair and BFNL Manager, the Profit and Loss Accounts for the year ended 31st October 2025 the Balance sheet as at that date, and the Auditors Report.
3. Election of vacant Board positions as per nominated candidates
   1. Board to consist of a minimum of 7 persons with maximum of 9 persons.
   2. In accordance with Part 5, Division 3 of the BFNL Constitution: Carol McKinstry, Andy Walker, Sam McGee, Todd Deary, Craig Findlay & Ellyse Roper will retire as Board members by rotation. 
4. Appointment of Auditor for 2026.  
5. General Business - General discussion in which matters may be raised for consideration of the BFNL Board.  

Nominations for the BFNL Board and any other business to be transacted, must be delivered to the BFNL Manager prior to 6.00pm on Thursday the 1^st of January 2026
